Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your LILY & ROO jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day return or exchange window for all standard pieces in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned, and bespoke or engraved items are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Jewelry

  Place the jewelry back in its original LILY & ROO gift box and secure it inside a padded mailing envelope to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no old labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your postage receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our studio.
